Doraemon – Nobita and the Wind Wizard (Anime Movies)

Summary
Wind Wizard met Nobita by chance and both have become good friends since then. Nobita and Doraemon along with Wizard then travel to the wind village. The Villagers use the force of the Wind to accomplish their daily duties. Meanwhile, Uranda, the chief of the ”RAN” tribe which has banned for misusing the force of the wind for evil doing is back to conquer the world Wind Wizard team up with Nobita and Doraemon to save the world together
